What do I get for $49?
Your first month, GST included. In that month we design and build your website, register a free .com.au or .com domain for your business, hand over your logo and brand pack, and host the site in Australia. You can ask the assistant for changes from the day it goes live.
When do I pay?
At the end of setup, not the start. You choose your domain, answer the questions about your business, choose your logo and see the plan for your site first. When you are happy with the plan, you pay $49 for your first month and we start building.
What happens after the first month?
Your plan continues at $149 a month, GST included, charged to the card you signed up with. That covers hosting, security, your domain while you are subscribed, and changes through the assistant.
How long does it take?
Starting takes about two minutes. The questions about your business and your logo take about 15 minutes. When you are happy with your logo and the plan for your site, you pay and we build it, which usually takes a few hours.
While we launch, a person at Digisurge checks every site before it goes live, which can add some time. Times are typical, not guaranteed.
How do I make changes?
Log in and tell the assistant what you want, in your own words: new opening hours, a price change, a new photo, a new page. It makes the change and publishes it. You never need to learn a page builder.
Can I see a design before I pay?
You see your logo and the plan for your site before you pay, and you only pay once you are happy with them. The finished website is designed from scratch for one business after you pay, so there is no full design to preview. The showcase is the best guide to what you will get: fifteen concept sites for fifteen different kinds of business, built by the same process that will build yours.
If something in your design is not right, tell the assistant and it changes it.
Can I take my website to another host?
No. Your website is built for and hosted on the Digisurge platform, and it cannot be exported or moved to another host. We say this up front, and again before you pay.
What is yours to keep: your domain is registered to your business, and your logo and brand pack are handed to you to use anywhere.
Who owns the domain?
Your business does. We register it in your business name, and a .com.au also uses your ABN, as it has to belong to an Australian business. If you already have a domain, you can connect it instead.
I already have a logo. Can I use it?
Yes. Upload it when we ask about your brand and we build your site around it. If you do not have one, answer five quick questions and choose from 3 to 6 logo options instead.
Will you use fake photos of my business?
Never. AI images are only used for atmosphere, textures and details. Anything that shows your actual work, team, products or premises comes from your own photos, or the design is made so it does not need one.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Prices include GST and every payment comes with a tax invoice from Digisurge Pty Ltd, ABN 14 647 066 368.
Who builds it?
Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, does the research, design, writing, building and testing, working the way a senior studio team would. While we launch, a person at Digisurge checks every site before it goes live.
